Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes. By law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for any alcohol delivery. Our couriers are required to verify identification before releasing the package.

What is your return policy for corked or damaged bottles?

If you receive a bottle that is corked or was damaged during shipping, please contact our support team within 14 days. We will provide a full refund or a replacement bottle at no extra cost.
