The second of our Japanese Lager series. This time it?s a dry lager and we have given it a Kiwi twist by using Waimea hops. The hops give a light lemon citrus vibe and play well with the nuances of the lager yeast profile of pear and red apple. As always, this style will pair well with any food and quench thirst even on the hottest New Zealand day.
