THE YARN BEHIND THE BREW The English Greyhound is the Usain Bolt of the animal kingdom – long, lean and athletic. Taranaki has a long history with these fine species, being the first region to introduce the Greyhound for hunting hare in the late 19th century (or ‘coursing’ as the purists like to call it).
