Waipara is a world-class wine region just down the road, where both of our brewers previously worked as winemakers. It also translates to murky or muddy water which is a pretty apt name for a New England IPA.
After a long period of trialing hop combinations, we?ve finally settled on our favourite match. This brew is hopped with Citra, Taiheke and Nectaron, which we believe bring all the sweet citrus and tropical fruit character we love in hazy beers, whilst still finishing clean and crisp.
