This super appealing Spanish Albarino was made from hand picked grapes, fermented to dryness and aged on lees for six months to add body and mouthfeel, which it has in abundance, with beautifully balanced acidity adding length and freshness.
It?s made from grapevines that are 15 to 25 years old, grown on granite soils in Condado de Tea and it was clarified and filtered before bottling.
It tastes of white peach, green apples and has a light note of salty, tangy green olives, which lingers on the finish of this steely, deliciously bright, refreshing wine.
The residual sugar is 2.8 grams per litre; dry.
