The Gospel’s Solera Rye is made from 100% Australian Murray Mallee Rye grown in one of the driest regions of the driest country in the world. 100% Rye mash, double-distilled then matured in Melbourne in a two story tall bespoke Solera system made from a combination of New American Oak and Australian wine barrels.
Aromas of caramel intermingle with spice on the nose leading into a smooth taste of creme caramel on the palate.
